# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, chives, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and uniform.
02 - Using your hands, scoop heaping teaspoons of the mixture and roll each into small oval or acorn shapes.
03 - Roll the top half of each cheese ball in chopped pecans, pressing gently. Roll the bottom half in chopped parsley or dill to create contrast.
04 - Insert a mini pretzel stick into the top of each cheese ball to mimic acorn stems. Optionally, adorn with a rosemary leaf.
05 - Place the shaped and coated cheese balls on a platter and refrigerate at least 15 minutes to set.
